My name is Yvonne Pickens: I live on the north coast of New South Wales. A dressmaker by trade, I am passionate about fabrics, and this beautiful art form has changed my view forever.
I travel from Grafton to Toowoomba holding classes for people wishing to enjoy a
relaxing day discovering the wonder of fabric sculpture and letting
their senses go wild. The classes are
simple to ensure that each participant is able to complete a small
piece of their very own by the end of the day.
Under guidance the figurines come to life delighting those
who are new to the creative process and accomplished artists alike.
My individual and unique pieces and have been hand crafted using Paverpol fabric hardener and recycled materials.
